Coya brings Peruvian fire to Australia, and the food deserves cameras that take it as seriously as the kitchen does. We shot on site, in the kitchen and the room, building a set of video around what makes the place work: the produce, the flames, the plates leaving the pass. Food, brought out with light, care and craft.
